Disrespected

A spur of the moment poem about my emotions towards the type of treatment I have endured.

I don't care

I don't give a s**t

You're a b***h

Why are you here?

No one cares.

Why don't you listen to me? I cry

Why don't you care if I am hungry and needing to be fed?

Why don't you listen to me?

Get these voices out of my head!

You speak but you do not listen.

You do not really listen to how I am feeling.

Why do you disrespect me?

A unkind word here,

A nasty glare.

What did I ever do to deserve this treatment?

It's so unfair!

You call me an idiot,

You act like you care,

and when I ask you for help,

You just stare.

I need you to help me!

I am helpless and in need!

Why don't you care?

You said you'd be there for me...

But you don't care

You just stand there.

Stand there and stare.
