He’s always nearby

As I lie awake sleepless.

So does he.

As I cry.

He comforts me.

As I become lonely.

He is beside me.

When I’m looking for him.

He’s there.

When I call him.

He already was here.

When I await for him.

There never was no wait.

When I ask for him.

He whispers my name.

When I need him,

He’s close.

While he lies awake sleepless

So do I.

When he cries,

I’m nearby.

When he’s feeling alone.

He’s never alone.

When He’s looking for me.

I’m beside him.

When he calls me,

I’m always there.

When he awaits for me,

I never left his side.

When he asks for me,

I’m never far behind.

And when he needs me.

I’m not far away.

If I ever find him,

I hope he stays.

But until I do,

My love,

I will search for you.<3

Wow, Raya this is truly beautiful and brings a tear to my eye while reading this! I know that this is how I feel about finding "the one". When I do find him, I hope he stays for good and never leaves me not for another girl. I really liked the very last line. "I will search for you.

A neverending quest for love? There is no doubt that somewhere, possibly in the deepest recesses of our heart, we are all looking for a person who will make us feel complete. Our sole reason being that we are convinced that finding our soul's ideal counterpart will lead us to utter happiness and fulfillment. This is a hopeful write and a great one. Thank you for sharing.
