My Wish This Valentine's Day

Don’t go looking for love that you’ll never find,

 Start reading deeper between the lines

 

You won’t ever be ready to commit to a man

If you’re not actively working towards taking a stand

 

Your God writes to you straight from His heart

You just have to put the effort in on your part

 

Christ died on the cross to display His affection,

He is the only love that is the definition of perfection

 

The best card ever written, all filled up with love

Was sent by your Author from up above

So, write to Him this Valentine's Day

Trust me-it's better than any bouquet!

Correction: "Christ died on the cross to display his affection"- the h in his has to be capitalized.
