She sits in a corner curled up in a ball

She sits in a corner as her tears silently fall

She made a mistake that she can’t seem to shake

She made a mistake that she didn’t want to make

 He wooed her and played her and broke her sweet heart

He wooed her and played her and took it too far

Now, she thinks she has to live her life emotionally scarred

Now, she thinks she has to live her life physically barred

She doesn’t realize that there is a God who loves her despite her past transgressions

She thinks all she is, is her earthly possessions

She doesn’t realize how treasured she is

God would forgive her and make her His

He is trying to tell her that purity isn’t a synonym to virginity, but a key to humility

That despite her past iniquities, she can be unchangeably holy

He is willing to make her pure in her heart

She just has to ask Him for a fresh start

He will forgive her and make her clean, all she has to do is drop to her knees

He will forgive her and make her clean and she can live her life in purity

This poem is a blessing to all who has fallen to temptation and away from God with a reminder he is the creator and forgiver of all and can make you whole again Just when You Call You have a direct line Just wait and see his answers are yes to the questions of your heart and your purity God will Forgive you many things and of course His Blessing with Your inter most Pray.

Wow, a very descriptive poem. This was a very religious piece, I always think it is best to stand by your beliefs despite what other people may think of you. These lines " She sits in a corner curled up in a ball
She sits in a corner as her tears silently fall" were the perfect introduction to the poem, I enjoyed reading this poem

This speaks volumes, I have heard so many stories of people being abused or feeling ashamed for making a mistake like this. There is an importance to stay a virgin, but God does have the power to cleanse you and make you whole if you do come to this. Besides, true purity only comes from God because it is a purity in the mind and heart as well as with your actions, and only with God's help can we do what is right. The only thing I would suggest is to drop the "that" in "She doesn't realize how treasured she is" and put the "that" in front of "God would forgive her and make her His" xD hopefully that makes sense how I worded it lol Other than that I enjoyed it and I like the message, people really do need to remember that you cannot feel pure unless God is living inside of you, and that is what we are all striving for.
