Yes this is very true, though sometimes I become so happy that I can become teary xD but I understand you are using it to rhyme. I have to remind myself that I can't do stuff on my own, I need God through it all. It is so easy to try it to do it ourselves but it feels so much better when we know God is taking care of it all.
