Foolish Mistake

Foolish Mistake

A Poem by Ravendust
"

A poem written for the sake of Pure Humor.

"

The wedding you see,
Was not meant to be,
As my soon to be hubby,
Ran far away from me.
Such was my plight,
As he took off in fright,
And no matter the might,
That I used that same night,
His door was shut tight.
No longer full of hope,
I did so fully mope,
For he did not wish to cope,
With the garish lack of soap.
I suppose it would have been best,
Had I cleaned up my bloody mess,
Instead I wore my ex,
On the creamy white vest,
Ruining my beautious dress.

Seriously, this was written just for fun. I was in an... amused mood that day.

This is the first funny poem I've ever read. It felt really great to smile. Thank you.
