A Poem by Raven Goodpaster
"

A poem in relation to “real life” feelings.

"
When their eyes locked, the scenery turned a blurry haze. His locked on her’s like a combination lock with which only a touch could liberate their gaze. Time passing like salt in a cracked hourglass, his forefinger and thumb caressed her arm and up to her neck. Shutters and goosebumps grew up her body like tide rippling up the sunniest of coasts.

I must say I was expecting a somewhat vicious poem when I saw that title, but this is just part one, does it lean towards the vicious angle afterwards?

“A lock which only a touch could liberate...,” and “salt in s cracked hourglass.” Two good turns of phrases in one paragraph, wow!
Thanks

"Time passing like salt in a cracked hourglass" I really loveeee this line!

Has the sound of something tantalizingly erotic. Still, you might want to do a spell check on the first word of the last sentence.
