Change

Everyday by myself
Trying to move forward but
It’s like two steps back
Trying to change but
It’s not coming together
Feeling as though I can’t make it
Even if I try
Trying to not let these emotions hold me down
But it’s a struggle deep inside
A fight to see who wins inside my mind

Don't let the demons in cause they will destroy you. You can defeat them. It's a matter over mind. if you let them get to you, they will win everytime. Be strong and keep writing on.
