October 31stA Poem by Raven StarhawkOctober 31st Heeding to opaque notes exuding from the piano in the corner, I take into myself the images of qualm
I peer with wide eyes out the window at the crashing of waves below… …still admiring melancholy cords while drifting among a famous psalm
There are endless seeds to sow… …nightmares to bestow
But as day approaches I cannot face the light
Like maggots it feasts upon my heart
For I have a regrettable plight
And it pursues a dangerous art © 2013 Raven StarhawkReviews
