3:10 A.M Love Song

3:10 A.M Love Song

A Poem by Rave

The clock turns 3:10 a.m & I still haven't slept

I look out my window

not a star in the sky

only words floating by

& those first ones say, "from me to you,

my friend,

we'll be together

till

the end"

thats when I start to scream but i haven't said a thing

since 9

writing in the moonlinght

singing my heart out every night

waiting for you

I never expected that next move

the little love song sent in the wind

can you hear my heart beat

even when you're so far

away

can you hear it beat?

once for me

once for you

and twice

for us

and yet here i lay

alone

in my empty room

a word whispered in my ear draws me near again

and this time

it says

"I truly love you too"

loving from a distance is difficult but more deep..cause you give in more of yourself than you do in real..

It's got a good flow, I really like the style you used too! Write on!

I really liked this poem. I like how you break a standard form and just let your words speak.
