a bad life is " just a bad day " but why do the people who have never known anything like this get to decide  quotes we all know and that we should listen to them 

why in reality depression is depression and a bad life is a bad life 

but that quote " its not a bad life just a bad day" how many bad days do I need in a row to be able to say yes my life sucks 

and if " its not a bad life just a bad day" dose that mean its not a good life just a good day 

these are the questions I need answering so why are they the only ones I cant
