Insecurity

Insecurity

A Poem by rashmi
"

I would like your honest opinion on my poetry work as I'm planning to publish them on a large scale and would want to know if it's good to go

"
You promised to be mine
And left,
Just like the glow lantern,
The scars you carved,
So beautifully,
Just like the sculptor.
The insecurities you created ,
For you to feel secured,
Just like the narcissist.
But, the wish we made while leaving the lantern is fulfilled,
You still stay in my heart as carvings,
Though the insecurities disappeared.

Only use capital letter at new flow of words. If the sentences are flowing, don't use the capital letter. Make the reader stop too many times. The statements were honest and strong in the poem. You brought the reader into a story of finding a proper place. Thank you Rashi for sharing the amazing poetry. I will try to come back and read more tomorrow.
