A Feared DreamA Poem by Robert A. PachecoThis is a re-occuring dream I've always had.. But since I've written this, I've not had that dream. Truely I say to you, writing is medicine.A Feared Dream
As I ran, with nowhere to hide, My screams unheard, reality defied. The blackness shrouded me, Forcing me to flee. And as the darkness came, The whole of my body went lame. I fell into a never-ending abyss, Thinking of the loved ones I'd miss. Falling, falling, evermore, I hit bottom, and awoke, on my bedroom floor. By: Robert A. Pacheco © 2008 Robert A. Pacheco |
