plain and simple

"WHY"

When everything was perfect
you had to leave me alone
...pretending it will be over soon
maybe just a dream ne'er coming true.
why?

What were your words ,
nothing to calm me but the crisis
thought you gonna be with me forever
I've been making compromises
why?

Did i asked to do things for me?
things between us did you care ?
the problems, the tears ,the insomnia,
despair at moments did you share?.
why?

You could love me..like you used to.
to make things true what we mused to.
again a shot across the river
what it'll take...
My hands stays on my sides as you refused to-
to fulfill your promises...you broke them.
to make dreams come true ..you faked them.
understanding my emotions...you checked them.

But I'm still here...be mine .Lets be "Us" again....
regain that world of you and me. you and me again .

So why are you keeping quiet?
not taking my hand?
my patience is loose..
it looses like sand.
hold it, keep it at your side.
Love me with all the emotions you hide.
Those emotions that you hide .
