That One Feeling

something that you feel when nostalgia hits you !

Rises like cowering, tumbling ,
Wave of emotions has a dizzy start,
Something curling up inside me,
Constricting my breath...swells up my heart.

So it comes and goes ,
Flies like moment that I couldn't hold.
aftermath of the wavy feels
it's like the story of past retold.

It makes me feel like that,
some memories we had
Nostalgia is what I feel,
Nothing happy ...nothing sad !

Stinging eyes ... that constriction of gut,
Breathing wrenched.My eyes shut,
I can feel the bitterness in me,
It scars me ..leaves me with a deep cut.
