Resting in Peace.....A Poem by Vani JalagarMy heart sobs with melancholy, drifting
alone at the creek Possessing an abject stipulation
engulfing the dead desires You plunged me in the trail of
murkiness to endure affliction Destroyed “us” and created “me”,
seizing my elation A crimson rose, and immaculate nugget
on a white satin stuff The last souvenir is now sinking in the
sea, very dreary and sober Devastating the wiles and reasons u
bestow to bring me back Spirit is worsening eventually; breath
is on the verge of cease Soul is ahead to set off from corpse,
gazing the azure sky Angles sigh from above to heal my
offended and broken heart Here it goes parting the snuffle
behind, burying the memoirs
Tendering en route of seraphs to rest
in peace forever…….. © 2013 Vani JalagarReviews
