Life without youA Poem by Randy JohnsonDEDICATED TO AGNES JOHNSON (1948-2013) WHO PASSED AWAY ON MARCH 6, 2013.Life without you has been bad, it sure hasn't been great. You had brown eyes and you stood five-feet-eight. I inherited my brown eyes from you and it was very painful when you went. When you got married at the age of 17, you had to have your dad's consent. That was in September of 1965 and you died forty-seven and a half years later. After being my mom for over four decades, you were called home by our creator. Seeing you suffer and perish was terrible and it was also very grim Because you're so special, God wanted you to be in Heaven with him. © 2014 Randy Johnson |
