A broken heart that couldn't be mended

A broken heart that couldn't be mended

A Poem by Randy Johnson

A nice man was already nursing a broken heart because his parents and sister died.

Then he lost the love of his life and it was painful to watch as that poor man cried.

That unfortunate person lost his soulmate to another man.

If a guy can get over what he went through, I don't know how he can.

His wife broke her wedding vows and what was left of his spirit.

He told her that he loved her but she destroyed him by refusing to hear it.

He loved her more than life itself, just seeing her made his heart melt.

After all that happened to him, he couldn't take the blows that he was dealt.

He lost the will to live and soon he withered away and died.

He couldn't mend his broken heart no matter how hard he tried.
