Emotional Regret

Emotional Regret

A Poem by Random

Life without your loved one is not set,

living together and also winning bets,

laying in the sunset in a far place,

a place where no one will find you not even a trace,

be far away from this heartless race,

being contradicted and judged all the same,

the cold hearted killer I once became,

getting recognized by killer instead of my name,

someone loses live and I'm the blame.

Good thing I was changed after we met,

nothing was left for me nothing to get,

when you left I was caught in a net,

angry, hurt, and careless with this emotional regret.

"Better to have loved and lost, then never to have loved at all" came to my mind while I read this. Very nice. I think we all feel this way. Even if it was just a silly fling that only lasted a week.
