A feeling deep inside

I feel this deep inside,
but what it is I can’t decide.
I want it gone, I want it out,
It carves pain inside my heart.

It runs slow and heavy,
In my veins, it’s venom deadly.
My hearth slows down and it blurs my mind,
Is it real or a nightmare I can’t decide.

I hear it howl in the night,
I hear its voice with all its might.
I run scared and try to hide,
but you can’t escape if you’ve already died.
