Red FlowersA Poem by RanWorshiping beautiful empty being
Disconnected from the living
Lying asleep on the rotting bridge She's just asleep Feeling in asphyxiation Too undead, it was obsession not a lesson learned He was there, he watches too near, faraway distance and she heard him say Sing, my Snow Queen Sing our song of this white fall We belong in this dream Forget the world, beyond this wall Sweet embrace, motions the scent of heaven's breath; sea mist that choked she left her footsteps, blooming red flowers on the snow just to crawl back to where she fell asleep 'Did I die to come back again?' And she heard him closer.... © 2011 RanAuthor's Note
