It is a very mystifying question, whether there is a point to life...and one that some people don't want to ask. You capture the idea well--is it better to search for meaning or simply exist and enjoy your time while it lasts?

It makes me smile at the end, thinking of what life means can be painful and its kinda make your brain work in a high speed, cause we never really sure what are we after. "Stop that now! Just sit, and breathe" , i like the ending, relax ourselves is important as well, and I love this short, simple but clear poem!
