This is an attempt at Haiku inspired by Shinjini.I don't know if it has happened.

 

 

 

Easy to lash out

Than to hold back and calm down

Look within for peace

I noticed that the syllable count wasn't an exact 5-7-5, like a Haiku traditionally is. May I suggest this �

You know what, this is something I have had to battle with myself over the last year, I have had to learn to not act on impulse, and make snap reactions, but just to relax, accept others views, and word my responses in a better manner.
