THE GHETTOA Poem by RajiarmaniLife in Lower looked AmericaLet me tell about the GHETTO That I see threw my eyes Alot of them are close together And really not hard to find Some are just slums While others look Middle class If you pay 300 dallars a month for rent ONE late night coming in just might be your A*S But now the GHETTO makes sense I mean for a while I was confused Whatever folks are doing now It's just something that others use to do And the GHETTO is really a Project That's what the Government is trapping us in Given us Drugs, Guns and jealousy While we just fued with other BLACKMEN Mostly Father less in Neighborhoods that are going to WAR But Who do You think is Really gonna WIN? I see Mothers that try real hard To provide and play both roles And children with some bad attitudes That just act like there grown Others I see the Hurt With Pain flowing threw there Souls These Streets have raised some of us, Changed some of us, Killed some of us and more The friends I had that died I HOPE THAT THEY KNOCKED ON HEAVEN'S DOOR This place is easy to Love, Quick to hate And some habits are REAL hard to let Go Though I Learned Alot And enjoyed some nahh, most of the times I'm glad that I got out of the GHETTO © 2008 RajiarmaniAuthor's Note
