When Rain said a lot with sea

I happened to discover the same place with new dimension. That's where the poem came from here after a long time.

And rain, sky, cloud, and wind in the backdrop

All vanished into a liquid flow to fill the canvas

With light and no light

I could hardly trace out the real horizon "

It seemed sea starts from the sky

With splattering freedom bathed us

Every now and then

Through storm and stroke, in its own style

 

And sitting, I invented a massive thrust to know more

The person I was sitting for

With and without looking at her

 

She reciprocated the same shoot with her gazes and to read more

Without getting lost…with her garnering look

 

I discovered the nocturnal plea of this city - with rain and with her

I measured the other sides of night

I sensed Mumbai as an adolescent queen

 

It was the same place, but

Two strangers fallen anew after eleven steps

For sake of each other…

Your words create such an atmosphere of emotion... those glimpses of pattern skies and freedom and life all aglow in streaks of color. This is so beautifully voiced, my friend. The last lines were an absolute triumph. So wonderful to read!
