Eyes

Eyes

A Poem by Raja
"

Beauty does not always lie in the eyes of the beholder. It is, after all, the eyes that make the aura...

"

The skeptic nonchalance to sign any message that your eyes yield is

A serene price I get whenever I’m stuck in the

Traffic of views – here and there…

The massacre it does slowly is unnoticeable if again you set your gaze here,

Yes right here…on my left,

Wherein an unstoppable humming

Ding, Dong, Groan, and Shout

For you to eye more – directly or indirectly

“Just once, please!” the rhythm says

Even if you’ve looked at me

Just now!

It’s not any praise in pretension, a fact.

The eyes say so much and we long to gaze into someone's eyes and see a positive message that we are loved. Very nicely done.

"stuck in the traffic of views" was such a beautiful line: wise and well-thought of. it gave images of seeing so many things through a person's eye, that even the beholder could not guess which of those spoke the truth. an interesting write.

We see what we see in the mirror of the soul .. seems the eyes have won you over .. your words 'For you to eye more directly or indirectly' seem to say no matter what you see or whatever you're looking at, I'm watching you, watching your sight lingering, observing ..

gentle post ..

Such a depth of expression on several levels. You awaken us to what is seen and what is beyond our ability to see. So many eloquent passages, but I loved this: "whenever I'm stuck in the traffic of views." Excellent, profound write!
