Petal BloomA Poem by RajaFor Roses...
I pen something different
With the same feeling of exploring my senses
With the utter turn-around of seeing my sighs
With the simple desire to define you – in words and colors
Each time, it is something else, someone unique, but not you
Why?
Petal Bloom, she said her name
With majestic flare in shape and fragrance
In a deep weeded stem
And I define those pages after pages
Feared not to tear them – what if they could be something special
But that is not you; someone nearly you!
Every time, it becomes a new adjective with an inexplicable try to say
That, “I love you!”
And the result is magnificently odd, not what I dreamt of.
Jotted them, I looked onto another plain
To place those subjective morals with objective acute vigilance
And I find those are different bones of a single body
Still, something is required to put them in order
So that you can be formed –
For all ages to come
Not any ages to go
You, my senses, my abomination, my emancipation, and my love to
Caress and look me after when I am alone…
