Sojourn - Kiss

It is a compilation of several poems, rain, et al. Sometimes we are jubilant to find lost love, while sometimes we could not keep it for fear of missing it once again. �Sojourn� demonstrates the different phases of love one has encountered in life.

 

Kiss

 

That was my first touch to experience something new

To dissolve in the paradise,

Why I am saying paradise, because lot of time

I expressed doubts in it when I found people kissed.

 

Now that was our turn to feel

 

We never followed any pre custom while doing so

We were the amateur kissers

We were the rule setters

 

It was so rapid that we could not even realize

What happened?

In a moment of sudden confusion to energize

I sought her help

To place my emotions like a selfish

 

Though, she reciprocated that with her sweet saliva…

 

Instant and ever-lasting

Prompt and spot-yielding

Deep and minuscule extravaganza

With a pure tune of

Kissing, hissing, and licking aura…

 

I took a right turn while she took left

Of her shoulder,

It was dark on the backdrop of the fathomable light

In the night sky under

 

It was spooky for fear of getting caught by someone

It was lovely enough to get glued

 

So serene that I could not help thinking

Man is the only creature to kiss!

 

In midst of understanding nothing

But to kiss like fairy tale dreamers

 

 

Moments passed away

Our kisses had gone into unforgettable reality

 

To her

To me

To us

 

Like it never vanished all for once

Still I kissed my memory

Upon thinking

The utopian voyage

That existed not long, off course, but

That comforted us

With never ending rejoice…
