This is a reflective piece that reaches out to the reader with a subtle plea. The lonely moments when we drown in our own regret and confusion. Life seems to be a treadmill, passing by without deviation, and we can only look inward. However, this kinda blue has a purpose. It also gives us room to breathe, to stop and consider our options witout distraction, and as long as we do not stay too long, we usually come out rejuevenated...
Perfectly captured my friend.

I know this kind of blue. It's the color of the sky when a rainbow shines. The background is always overlooked when there's something seemingly better to look at. Oh how I wish I was worthy of the rainbow. Great piece. I can feel the sigh in your words..
Just keep it in mind, you're not the only one whose feeling all blue
Anyway, it's all good here, so no worries...

Words with no place to go but to the reader,s heart. I know that feeling, I also know the feeling of Black and Blue...I think I would choose...kinda blue to the former..the mind loves to play tricks on us when we are lonely or ill..God is what sustains me and makes the sky sunny once again..God bless..Valentine
I liked it. It is especially hitting home for me today with the death I have just found out occuring in my family. There is too much finality to this whole process. I can't say I like it.. None the less great job on the poem Rain.
I know EXACTLY (to the necklace) what you mean. This poem is so perfect, there is no other word. Everything seems so routine and flavourless, even literally that food all tastes the same, and like you said, people all look alike. It's this feeling that you can't realy go much forward, that this is as far as you get, not in terms of career wise or financially, but almost like we have seen the entire world and we are bored. I know this feeling exactly. How the host has a fake smile, how this is what it has come down to. "Nameless, faceless nobody." You are not alone on this one, alot of people go through this. Life seems so routine and robotic even, and you crave something more, something different and something unexpected even.

all those that have come and gone. Life is so bizarre that in some ways, my diagnosis has been a blessing.
