As a poet; I seek beyond all else to to bring my reader ecstasy.
I know then that my reader will be a faithful lover, leave satisfied, and return often.

Rain, your writing has such depth and meaning it is a true shame more people do nto get to experience your art. You find ways to bring your ideas to the forefront and into full focus. Your writing is an art form. Power to the pen!
I too really was zapped by your last lines here. We who are writers, poets, or whatever title we choose to give ourselves in our own mind HAVE to write to be complete. Words, such simple things and yet they are our avenues to find whom we are and let others too see the true person that sits behind the keys to type the words that belong to their soul. Myself, when I am gone, if even one person finds my work and finds value in it, then I have completed my goal. As always, a great write. Versitility is most certainly yours as well as the title POET.
