NirvanaA Poem by Nicholas Antonio YoungThis another poem. It expresses much of my philosophical views. I hope you all enjoy it.
Envision a young man
Standing at the edge of the world What he sees before him Is nothing, yet everything His eyes comprehend a blank void His mind imagines what could be With this fusion of mind and body Comes a new clarity One of mind , body, and soul He sees limitless impossible possibilities Stretched out before him He notices, realizes the power of creation Sleeping within him Not a gift bestowed upon him But an awakened strength inside Achieved only through himself A truth he's always known Yet never believed He then casts aside his worldly fears And jumps into the void Like an arrow of light, he pierces the night Everyone watches from a far away world As they see a new star has been born © 2013 Nicholas Antonio YoungAuthor's Note
