There is always a reason why
Laced within the words
Hidden in the song

There is always a reason why
We learn to hate
We choose to wrong

There is always a reason why
We are able to lie
We give into sin

There is always a reason why
We choose the battle
Invite a war we wont win

There is always a reason why
We hide from our lives
We give in to love

There is always a reason why
We refuse forgiveness
We ask for help from above

There is always a reason why
The answer I don’t know
But when I find the light  in the tunnel
I’ll be sure to let you know….
