Insanity Rules

Insanity Rules

A Poem by Rainbowco
"

Sometimes sanity slips out and comes back insanity.

"

Shhhh – It is okay; there is nothing to fear here.

I am just a little nothing sitting in the shadows.

Do not worry; pay me no heed now, my dear.

Let the whisperings of my mind come shallow,

Winging around like a faintly buzzing wasp

Probing, searching, growing within the psyche.

No, do not draw away; there is nothing to ask,

For all that you are is on display for me to see.

Lean in just a little closer, come still nearer.

Close tight your eyes, savoring the emptiness

Roll it round the tongue, this sweet elixir,

Swallow now, opening the door to craziness.

Take hold my hand lost one for I have you

Wrapped tightly, now, a prisoner of insanity too.

Shhh – it is okay; have no fear of person or thing.

We are just little nothings awaiting death’s sting.

This is awsome. I love insanity, or altered perceptions and view points. Congradualations on a fine piece.
