A Poem by Angie Lynch
"

An acrostic poem I wrote for my fiancee.

"
Seeing her gazing upon me
Holding her as she sleeps
Awakening to her kisses
Wanting time to stand still.
No comparison can be made
And no replacement exists;
Chance brought us together
Hell almost tore us apart.
Remembering why we fell
Is half the battle we've won
Searching out the truth in it all
Trusting each other again.
I've never stopped loving her
No demons can carry me away
Everything I've ever wanted
Gives me reason to stay.
