Truth Revealed

Written a loooooong time ago, about somebody who is no longer with me. Not the best, but it brings back memories both good and bad.

When you told me how you felt

My heart beat fast began to melt

Because everyday I’ve thought the same

But I was too afraid of change

I’m no longer scared and sad

Even though you’re far I’m glad

For now that truth has been revealed

My soul’s contents have been unsealed

As our eyes meet my mind glows bright

Fight my darkness with your light

I’ve been remade as good as new

Well darling now I know that I love you.
