the calm chaotic

the calm chaotic

A Poem by RainbowFlames

the calm mob,
with dull voices,
bickered loudly.
eating sunshine,
under moonlight,
floating flowers.
falling pieces,
cracking faces,
silent visions.
here, in this world,
where the birds never sing,
and the dark is afraid of itself.
if i told you,
i believed you,
would you listen?
i sang mutely,
songs of pharaohs,
turn a blind eye.
understand me,
quickly reason,
hesitation.
here, in this world,
where the days never start,
and the monsters are afraid of themselves.
cross me slowly,
eat my heart out,
split me open.
i told you nothing,
i am sorry,
please don't notice.
run away now,
don't look back now,
disappear.
