Liar's Truth

Liar's Truth

A Poem by RainbowFlames

she stares at the moon every night
with tears in her eyes screaming,
"don't you think your witty?
filling me with pity.
check your pulse,
all the hope was false.
and now we'll burn...,
together."

When I see this I think of choice words such as vampire and insanity. Even though it is a "dark" poem it is still rich and vibrant. A drink of cool water in a dry desert. Well done.
