Unspoken Words

Unspoken Words

A Poem by Emily Michael
"

I wrote this about the guy i currently like.

"
Everyday I see your face,
And every day I wonder
What would you say,
If I told you the unspoken words in my mind?
Would you laugh?
Would you make me cry?
Or would you sit and wonder why,
I never told you these unspoken words?
Everyday I see your eyes,
Sparkling with kindness.
Why is it so hard for me to tell you
These three words in my head?
Is it because of fear?
Is it because of taking chances?
This I cannot tell you.
There is but two things I can tell you...
One: I love you.
Two: I always have.
These are the words I have yet to tell you.
These are the words that have been lingering in my mind.
Yes,These are the words;
The words unspoken.

First off, this is not a good poem, it's a great one. It's completely relatable because I've definitely been there. It does flow, that much is certain and there's just something in it that pulls you in.

This is a great poem! I love the feeling of wanting and love. Makes me feel like I'm actually the one speaking the poem outloud.
