DEBILITATED

When you cant take it anymore,
Will you use me as your last resort ?
In this battle of your misery,
I watch you break down more and more .
I see you carrying burdens,
That you made up in your mind.
There was a time,
When you felt so alive .
You laughed at the pettiest thing,
Now look you are serious all alone .
"You are so debilitated,
Cant even stand without support ".
I remember you had told me ,
But I will take you in once more .
See my extended hand,
Calling not for your help .
Trust my broken heart,
I'll take you higher today .
And when I think you have reached that point,
Our hands will not be entwined anymore .
This time I will be partaking,
Why should you have all the fun ?
Hear my demonic laugh,
As you fall from such a height today .
Do you now know my affliction,
When you left me to rot that day .
