Girl in the Mirror

Girl in the Mirror

A Poem by Courtney Caddiwampus

Could it be, could this really be

I who is in that mirror

Staring back at me?

She has the same nose,

cheeks,

hair,

and teeth,

but the thing that means the most

her eyes are not mine.

Is that sorrow really there?

That loneliness and disspear?

That is not me

I am fine

I am happy.

This is dope. Are you a song writer? It reminds me of mid 90's alternative. But a great write.
