Empress of night...

Empress of night...

A Poem by Rachit Bansal
"

The poem is fictions and is about the beauty of moon!

"
The white threads glittering my face,
Every single Ray alluring my heart.
Every particle of me, shining silver,
My body was embraced with the god's art.

Every crater I saw from the distance,
As my skull trembled to its core.
The veins pounded over my head,
Each capillary supplying pain as gore.

The surface depicted human's life,
Every cavity portraying sad stages.
Clouds covering it every now and then,
Like the almighty turning life's pages.

In aspirations of holding the moon,
My hands stroked between the air.
Thin shining strokes of the crescent I held,
Inside my palms it had it's glare.

I swayed the glaring palm over my head,
I went through a wave of glacial feelings,
The mesmerising moonlight acted as an aid,
I was cured by celestial's natural healing.
