I am sorry, i will never forget you

No matter how far away you are, i will never forget you,

the lessons you taught me and the comfort you brought me,

No matter how much we fought and argued i will never forget you,

even now i look to you, up in the clouds,

i long to see you, but i know i can't,

I am sorry i didn't try harder, 

i am sorry for all the times i took you for granted,

i wish i could see you one more time,

to put my mind at ease, i wish i told you i love you more,

i wish i could take all the mean things i said back,

 i am sorry for not being a better daughter,

i will never forget you, i wish it was like when i was younger,

when we were friends, i blamed you for leaving me and dad,

i blamed you for choosing your job over us,

I will never forget you  mum, i will always remember,

 i will carry your image with me and close to my heart, 

i wish you were here with us. I wish it was like before,

i will never forget you mum, and i am so sorry for hurting you, 

i will always love you and will always remember you.
