Faith

I am facing struggles so real

I am unsure how I am to feel

I am open, I listen to his word

My emotions though a restricting cord

I feel so deep and hurt in many ways

I turn to you lord, it is you who I praise

I have faith that you will help me

I pray you will help them to see

I am not trying to hurt anyone

This experience for me isn’t fun

I trust you lord more then they know

I trust in you to help me to grow

To become what you want in me

To help me as my chains I break free

You are my savior lord I love you

What’s beautiful is, you love me too

Faith is what holds you anchored to the ground, it is life that throws you in the air, leaving you to frantically find the softest landing possible out of the harshness of our environment. Other peoples faith, o lack of, unknowingly affects you, because what they are and hold dear is what they portray and what we portray is how we are seen by the world. Faith will be there when you need to find somewhere to land, like it is there in good times and bad. The journey is long and their are many obstacles along the way, but it is always best to know that you have it with you and don't need to worry about forgetting to pack it on your journey. Always best to be prepared.
Beautiful words, in a world where sometimes it can feel like you can't do anything without unintentionally hurting someone.

Faith is beautiful and you are right, other peoples faith be it whatever it may be can affect you positively or negatively. The best thing to do is to always hold on to that faith, because with out it who are you really? Thank you so much for your kind words, it is impossible not to hurt people anymore and the only way to be accepting of the hurts you cause anyone is by being convicted in your faith that what you do is the way it needs to be done.
