I Don't Really Know

I Don't Really Know

A Poem by Rachel Elizabeth
"

Yep :D

"
I'm not going to lie,
I'm really confused.
I've been hurt before,
Beat down and used.
But I can't help but believe,
What you begin to deceive
And play with my head,
Until I wished I was dead.
You tell me things,
Sickeningly sweet fibs,
And with broken wings,
I'm beginning to slip.
Off the face of the Earth,
No emotion, no girth
I wonder just why,
You tell me such lies?
The truth hurts.
So tell me now, Mother,
Was I a bother?
