Unexpected Gift

Nick shows u at school with an unexpected gift for Samantha.

Samantha’s House Friday Night

Oh my gosh, Samantha thought, Nick just told me he loves me, and I told him that I loved him back. I can’t believe that just happened. She laid down on her bed, turned on her TV to Criminal Minds, and watched TV until she fell asleep.

Dundalk High School Monday Morning

Samantha had just pulled into the jock lot, parked her car, and walked around to the main lobby. When she got there she saw Nick holding a box of chocolates, she walked over to him and asked “what’s this for?”

“Idk…I just felt like doing something especially nice,” Nick said handing her the box of chocolates.

“But I didn’t get anything for you.”

“Sam…you didn’t have to. I just thought it would be nice and…unexpected.”

“Well it certainly was unexpected, and very nice of you,” Samantha said as the five minute bell rand and the teachers began to tell students to go to class.

“Can I escort the pretty lady to her classroom?”

“You certainly may,” Samantha said as Nick took her hand, and walked her to her first period class. When they reached her class they shared a simple peck on the lips.

Dundalk High Cafeteria Late Monday Afternoon

Sam had been sitting at her and Gabriella’s lunch table waiting for her to come back with her lunch, since she had already bought her lunch. “So what’s up girl?” Gabriella asked sitting down at the table.

“Oh my gosh! Nick told me he loved me Friday night.”

“No way!”

“Way. Do you wanna read the message?” Samantha said taking out her phone, opened the only locked message on her phone, and handed the phone to Gabriella.

“But you two have only been dating for a week!”

“Yeah I know.”

“Did you tell him you loved him back?”

“Of course!”

“Awww! That’s so sweet.”

“Yeah I thought so too,” Samantha said and they two girls finished eating their lunch, and talked about the normal subjects of idiotic men, teachers, and school in general until the lunch period was over.

Dundalk High School Cafeteria Late Monday Afternoon

            Nick walked into the cafeteria put his books down at his and Mike’s lunch table, bought a bag of chips from the vending machine, sat back down at the table, and waited for Mike to come back with his lunch. “Hey dude!” Mike said.

            “Nada mucho. What’s up with you?”

            “Nothing over on this end, so how are you and Samantha going?”

            “I told her that I loved her Friday night.”

            “Really dude?”

            Nick shakes his head yes.

            “This must be really serious then.”

            “Yeah you’re right it is getting pretty serious.”

            “So when are you two going to do it?”

            “Dude! Not cool.”

            “It’s an honest question!”

            “To be honest with you…I haven’t thought about that once since I’ve been with her.”

            “Seriously!?”

            Nick shakes his head yes.

            “Then his really must be serious.”

            “Yeah.”

            “Well…did she tell you that she loved you back?”

            “Yeah. Wanna read the message?”

            Mike shakes his head yes, and Nick takes out his phone and opens the locked message.

            “Cool,” Mike said as the bell for the end of lunch rang.

Pretty nice.
Although, I do think there should be more detail on what the characters are doing and what that the scenes show.
