Haiku-Tree

Haiku-Tree

A Poem by Becca*Type2012
"

Another English assignment, I had to write five haiku. Mine are likned together. Enjoy.

"

Across the way,
a squirrel on a naked tree
up it goes.

Behind the tree,
patches of white
litter the ground.

In the midst,
of the school building
the tree out of place.

Surrounded,
by the concrete forest
of the human world.

It should be,
in a normal forest
of the natural world.

sorry to criticize, but I don't think that any of these stanzas are haikus. The structure of it is 3 lines, (which you got) but the syllables go 5-7-5 respectively. Besides that, the concept was good and I like the nature sense.
