Freezing

Freezing

A Poem by R.K. Hughes
"

Found poetry! Again!

"

Something with grandfather

The black forest

It’s pretty clear

Is that clear?

Scratched it on a thorn

Workers, bearers, hunting guides

Forgets to do what?

Iodine

An extreme understatement

Things grow very fast

Things get infected very fast

You’re going to love this story when you read it

It doesn’t seem to be leopard heaven

It froze to death

Perhaps seeking something

He’s kinda stubborn

“Yeah, I’m immortal”

Good point

No he knew

I’ve never froze before

I imagine that it’s frustrating

When you freeze to death

You get very warm

Uncomfortably warm

About
Hello, I like to write, which is quite evident of my being here. I am mostly a poet, but hope to expand my writings into fiction. I also draw, and hope to start creating illustrative pieces to coup.. more..
