"Home Run"

I'm at the plate and the umpire makes the call.
I swing my bat and hit the ball.
It flies so far out to the wall.
I hope the center fielder is not too tall.
As I am running, I hope I don't fall.
Right now home plate looks so small,
But as I get closer, I can see it all.
I score, but I am so tired I walk off like a rag doll.
