Remind Me of You

Remind Me of You

A Poem by Meg Craft

Chalk and grass and the way the light separates the sky

That house across the road and how you’d always stop by

The tree outside my window, the front porch steps where we’d talk

The path to the road where we’d always walk

Stories full of laughter and moments stricken with tears

These are the things that remind me of you

As they have for years and years
