My Soul In Rhyme

My Soul In Rhyme

A Poem by Lenah Mehzabin

Over the forest

Beneath the stars

I made a conclusion of love

Where the poetic eyes hovers

When the bird takes lift in dim air

When rain touches the leaves

Soaks the mahogany, thus

Thousand pen paints its beauty, I dropped

My heart there.

Adore how their rhyme flows

In the lake where my heart sop

And

That’s when I know

I’m hiding from the world

At a certain rune

Entering souls

Just to fill the blank space

Of one I own.

"Thousand pen paints it’s beauty," - A thousand pens paint its (or it's) beauty?

I've found if you reread your work - slowly, verbatim, and aloud - you catch most stumbles and find where the tones of your voice need to be.

Interesting poem and beautiful in a dark way, in my opinion. Made me think and think again about a couple of things, "just to fill the blank space of one I own"...

So, Red one.. mind if I ask you, what're ya doing out there lying down ov`r the tuft of grasses making them all numbed allowing a queeny crown rested ov`r your hairy head? I kinda loosing my breath having you in that gesture.

Well, loved the poem. Kinda deep imagery you've come up with. Every corner of my heart adored the great expressive write with the pleasure of ecstasy itself. Sounds good.. doesn't it? Of course, it does.

... would be leafing thought your poetry pages today again. Seemed you've written quiet impressive poetry's in a day! I must taste you.

You are welcome.
Great work, I enjoyed it.

Poetic majesty is a pleasure
and it's flow with rhymes is even better.
I liked how you painted the picture, either
it flows effortlessly like sea water..

A small rhyming poem for your effort, lenah. Oh ya how can I forget these lines you wrote it very well,
When rain touches the leaves
Soaks the mahogany, thus
Thousand pen paints it’s
beauty, I dropped
My heart there.

Keep it up.
